My Journey into Erotic Healing

For most of my life, I carried pain in silence — pain in my body, pain in my heart, pain I didn’t even know how to name. Like so many bisexual and gay men, I grew up in a world that taught me to suppress, to hide, to shut down parts of myself in order to survive. Trauma, shame, and repression burrowed into my muscles and my memories.

I discovered something that changed everything: the body remembers, but it can also heal through pleasure.

I began exploring touch not only as a source of arousal but as a path to restoration. Through massage, tantra, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practices, I created a process that allowed me — and the men I now work with — to rewrite old stories and reclaim the body as a place of joy, safety, and power.

That process is what I now call The SSTTIM Method.

Why Bisexual and Gay Men Need This Work

Our bodies hold unique histories. Many of us have carried wounds from rejection, shame, abuse, or invisibility. Even the most confident men often hold tension deep in their muscles and nervous systems — the residue of being told our desires were wrong, our touch was dangerous, or our love was lesser.

Traditional therapy can help us understand our stories, but it often doesn’t reach the place where trauma actually lives: the body. Massage and tantra offer healing touch, but without trauma awareness they risk missing the deeper release our nervous systems crave.

The SSTTIM Method was designed to bridge that gap — to bring together sensuality, somatic healing, tantra, and trauma-informed care into a single practice tailored to bisexual and gay men.

What Is the SSTTIM Method?

The SSTTIM Method is more than a massage. It is a trauma-informed system of erotic healing designed specifically for bisexual and gay men.

SSTTIM stands for Sensual Somatic Tantric Trauma-Informed Massage. At its heart, it is stimulation with purpose — a structured way of using erotic energy, touch, and guided meditation to help the body release old pain and create new pathways of pleasure and safety.

A typical SSTTIM session unfolds in four movements:

  1. Conversation & Intention (30 minutes)

A safe space to talk openly about what hurts, what you long for, and what you want healed.

  2. Deep Massage & The SSTTIM Meditation (30 minutes)

Targeted bodywork paired with a unique guided meditation that transforms problems into colors, overlays them with healing imagery, and allows the brain to reprocess trauma the way it does in REM sleep.

  3. Tantric Overlay & Erotic Climax (30 minutes)

Erotic stimulation becomes a source of transformation. Here, pleasure is not just for release but for rewriting the body’s story of intimacy, pain, and power.

  4. Cool Down & Integration (30 minutes)

Gentle holding, breath synchronization, and presence help the body absorb and ground the experience, so the healing becomes lasting rather than fleeting.

Unlike conventional massage, the SSTTIM Method blends neuroscience, tantric tradition, somatic therapy, and erotic touch into a unified practice. It is at once sensual and sacred, structured and deeply personal.

Above all, the SSTTIM Method is about reclaiming your body as a source of safety, power, and joy. It is about healing through pleasure — not in spite of it.
